By submitting my screenplay I agree to hold Christopher Blackwell and Pyramid Productions harmless from and defend them against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, judgments, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with any and all claims of third parties, whether or not groundless, based on any stories submitted to Christopher Blackwell's  Notes Services. Writer retains all rights to their screenplay and by submitting material to Christopher Blackwell it is by no way forming an obligation beyond the notes ( which writer can use and implement as they choose) and or a partnership of any kind.   I acknowledge that Pyramid Productions along with the potential buyers submits screenplays to, creates, and receives numerous submissions of ideas, formats, stories, suggestions, screenplays, and the like, and that new ideas for motion pictures and TV programs are constantly being created and or submitted and or being developed by Pyramid Productions and Pyramid Productions potential partners and buyers. I also acknowledge that many stories and ideas are similar, and often different stories and ideas relate to one or more common underlying themes.  I acknowledge that Pyramid Productions may have had access to and or may have independently created or have had created ideas, themes. formats, stories, suggestions, screenplays, and or other materials which may be similar or identical to the theme, plot, idea, format or other element of the material now being submitted by me. I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by Pyramid Productions or their Partners of any such similar material.
